No building or structure of any kind, including but not limited to mobile homes or manufactured homes, may be permanently moved on to or placed on any of the Lots.
Garage can be either enclosed detached or enclosed attached for no less than 2 cars.
40' building set back line.
No boat trailers, boat, travel trailers, inoperative automobiles, campers or vehicles of any kind are to be semi-permanently or permanently stored in street or on driveways.
All buildings must be approved by architectural control committee before construction begins.
Maximum of two stories in height excluding basement.
Lots must have concrete or brick driveway entrances for not less than 25'' from the end of the county right of way.
Animals are restricted to household pets only and must be leashed, fenced and/or under control at all times. No more than 4 pets (in any combination, but in no event will the combination include no more that 2 dogs and 2 cats) may be kept on a lot. Dog breeds of Pit Bull, Rottweiler or Doberman pincer are prohibited.
Owners may raise and keep horsed, cattle, goats, sheep and/or female poultry on said Owner's respective Lot for the Owner's personal use and recreation according to the following formula:

The minor child of an Owner may raise and keep an animal of any breed (except for an animal defined as Exotic or Dangerous) as part of a project for 4-H, FFA, or similar organization for the term of the project and must be immediately removed up on the completion of such project.
